The Russian autocracy differentiates between two types of political enemies.
Foreign agents
On the one hand they see people or organizations as foreign agents, which in many cases makes the work of these people or organizations inside Russia next to impossible.
Wanted for criminal offenses
Even more seriously certain political enemies are put on wanted lists or actually incacerated and put into prison on judicial charges. According to the Russian authorities these people are criminals. To say, for example, that the Russian army committed war crimes in Bucha is a criminal offense in Russia. Some people have already been convicted for 15 years of prison for making such ascertions in the social media.
