The Russian government has captured the “Immortal Regiment” idea and action, that has been instigated in Omsk and alienated it from its original intention of healing into an instrument of inciting hate against the USA and all democratic countries along. This plays a major role in the information war on Ukraine and the West.
Furthermore we learn about Nikonov – grandson of Molotov – and his chairmanship in the current fascist type of patriotism in Russia. The clip finishes on the number of dead Russians in the second world war – 42 million – instead of 7 million as told by Stalin after the war – instead of 23 million as told by Gorbachev in the 90s. And so – we can repeat it? – asks the commentator in the end of the film, refering back to idiotic car stickers from the beginning of the film, where Russians propose that “We can repeat it.” – meaning the victory of WW2.
