For some, Bandera is a murderer and a criminal. For some, he is a liberator and a hero. This happens in history, and that’s what makes it interesting. And then there are myths about Bandera – and they are very different from what history says about him. It is these images and myths that we will understand, because history is a complex thing and no one can simply be blamed or justified for it. In it – unlike the war in Ukraine – everything is really not so simple.
